Special Orders
As a factory jewelry , we are glad to accept custom orders. Just contact us and give us a
detailed description of your item, include any picture or drawings.

Privacy:
In Sam Mandler Jewelers when you buy and pay something with your credit card , the
information collected is used to bill for the services that your ordered. Your information is
protected when you pay via our website.
In Sam Mandler Jewelers will never sell, give , lease or in any way make available the
information you supply us with anybody.

Delivery Time
Because we are a factory jewelry and we make our own jewelry , most of our jewelry items are
created and available for sending within 10 business days. We'll send you an email and let you
know how long your order will be ready to ship.
If the piece you have ordered is in stock your order will be sent out within 48 hrs.
We'll send you a notification email when the merchandise has shipped or if there will be a delay.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to obtain a return
authorizacion before sending your item. Goods can only be accepted for refund within 7 days
after you receive your product . A 5 % re-stocking fee of the item price will be applied. After
seven days only credit or exchange will be accepted. Send it back at your own expense, insured
within 30 days. All returns should be shipped in their original packing and condition together
with the invoice. Items that have been modified or damaged in any way can not be accepted for
return. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Special
ordered items can not be returned or exchanged.

Payment Methods
We accept Money Orders, Checks, PayPal and Secure Online Payment. Money Orders and
Checks will be accepted only if drawn on US Banks. Your purchase will be shipped after the
Money Order and Check clears, which could take up to 7 business days. Make Checks or
Money Orders payable to :

and send it to the address above.
Paying with PayPal Secure Online Payment is simple, efficient and secure. You don't need to be
a member of PayPal to make a payment. You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, American

Shipping Methods
We ship all orders using insured parcel shipping Fedex. We only ship to USA. We do not ship to
P. O Boxes. We only ship to a residential o business addresses, this to ensure the safe delivery
of your package. Because of all shipments require an adult signature, make sure that an
authorized person is available at the designated shipping address on the day the shipment is
expected to arrive at your location.
